House plans are available in standard blackline prints. All plans are drawn to meet or exceed National Building Codes.
Due to the variation of building site conditions, the builder may have to make minor adjustments to plans or require an engineer's report to meet local building requirements such as sesmic zones , snowloads , hurricane risk areas etc. Artwork displayed on web site may vary from actual drawings due to minor plan changes.
